With 8 levels of resistance, you can customize your workout intensity on-demand with a simple turn of the integrated resistance knob.	TECHNOLOGY Simple and effective interface includes an easy-to-use LCD monitor that clearly displays your most important workout metrics including Time, Speed, Distance, Calories, and Pulse. Hand pulse sensors located on the handlebars allow you to keep track of your heart rate and stay on top of your fitness goals.	COMFORT An adjustable padded seat, as well as oversized adjustable foot pedals accommodate a variety of users so you can comfortable go the distance. The built-in accessory tray holds a phone, tablet or book for added convenience.	ACCESSIBILITY The sleek compact design and built-in transport wheels make this bike a perfect choice for any space.
